If we are looking for one thing, long-term, it is probably appreciation.  Appreciation is the stepping stone to the most crucial element in relationship building - respect.  Making appreciation not only a two-way street but extending it into multiple relationship areas.  The primary three we use in the practice will help build long-term focus on customers :

 Teamwork, mutual appreciation and respect between members of your same team.

 

 Collaboration, mutual appreciation between team members and support teams (internal and external).

 

 Customer Service, mutual appreciation between team members and the customers you provide.
