The purpose of our website is to introduce and and demonstrate this practice of leading relationships/recognition in daily operations through a process of asking, sharing, and assessing. We provide the information and know how for a trial or WOW project for a team who provides services/products to customers.
We feel the next important step is to offer the support and training to learn the process, which is the execution of the practice, as a career skill and tool for any enterprise. The Handbook is a reference for becoming a "Guide" for leading relationships in daily operations to compliment the existing management of relationships. Relationships are managed through programs and procedures implemented by senior management to provide structure and organization within the enterprise.
The Workshop is designed for developing a number of "Guides" in front-line supervisors and managers alike for different areas of the enterprise. As the practice is based on human nature, one is helping to guide relationships simultaneously in three critical areas needed to develop long-term focus on customers!
