Thankingcustomers.com is part of a community of leaders, from front-line operations through senior management, who take an active role in creating a focus on customers starting at the “points of contact” with customers.   Based on a user-centered approach.  It is important for ThankingCustomers.com to further develop the ability to provide Practice Certification within organizations.  To satisfy the demand to create an “activity” or “how-to” channel the interest, efforts, communication, and teamwork to focus on a purpose such as customers.  In a time of delivering customer-centric services and products, thankingcustomers.com wants to help organizations that would like to develop a strategy for involving everyone in soft skills involving recognition, appreciation, and relationships.   Furthermore, aligning the measurement of these soft skills with the existing measurements of hard skill performances.

Thankingcustomers.com is the Innovator and Facilitator of the “Focus Practice Cycle” throughout organizations and communities in different industries and cultures.  Helping team leaders both hands-on and virtually, by providing consulting and workshops.  Our implementation is a user-centered approach, which links the “how” of daily operations with the “what” from senior management.  A strategy for the development of measurable focus throughout the organization is what we provide our clients.
