"Frontline Leadership" The official newsletter of the "Team Leadership Practice" We are launching our first monthly e-newsletter called "The Frontline Leadership e-Newsletter" . The purpose is pure and simple. To keep those in daily operations who are interested in becoming 'Leadership Guides' for their group/team. Keeping current on ideas and information that will help them create long-term customer focus, learning, and commitments. This is done through leading relationships during daily operations to compliment and provide follow-through for you existing efforts of managing relationships. We will also use this as a venue to share ideas and successes of others in the community. Every industry will have a different approach but the goal is the same for all.
