  Welcome to our free Introductory Live Classroom - no registration needed

Current Schedule for free introductory live classes is as follows:

You may enter Live Classroom by using the ACCESS directions above or click on the class time listed below

Participate in the Live Classroom with the Room ID:  teams (all lower case).  Simply click on the "ThankingCustomers Live Classroom" link.

We suggest using the "Participation Wizard" link prior to attending Live Classroom -   http://208.185.32.93/wizard/launcher.cgi?wc=hm .   You have two options for the audio in Live Classroom:

1. VOIP using your computer speakers and microphone.  Simply accept the small "Client" during entry or from the Wizard

2.  Regular telephone connection to New York City.  Once in Live Classroom click on the "Phone" icon for the telephone number and PIN.

You may  join the eClass at the designated time from this page or from our homepage in the upper right-hand corner.  No registration required and intros are kept to 30 minutes because we value your time!  The introduction will demonstrate how-to "Propel Frontline Leaders" using the Team Leadership Practice. 

Archives - We would love to have you at a live Live Classroom to answer and explain any questions, but if you cannot make one we do have an archive you may visit anytime.  To attend an archived (taped) Introduction:

  1. Click on the link to Live Classroom and run the Setup Wizard for best results

  2. Click the Participant Login

  3. Enter the Room ID - "teams" (all lowercase), your Name, and click Enter

  4. You are now in the Lobby and the default setting is Open Rooms so click on the Archives tab in the upper left.

  5. Click on the title of the program you would like to watch

  6. If the archive opens but does not start (or starts in the middle) click on the Navigation link and Class Start

  7. You may use the Navigation window to review the whole or any part of the presentation.  Please use the Contact Presenter bar to ask a question or send a comment.
