Focus--Learn--Engage
Partners We use the term partners to reference all groups and individuals who support a group's associates and customers alike. These usually fall into two types, "internal" and "external" to the enterprise. Internal partners, often the largest type, belong to the same enterprise that the group does. These partners would include departments such as HR and Marketing as well as Senior Management and Supervisors. External partners would those outside the group's enterprise, such as suppliers and any outsourced functions.
