This Customer Focus Workshop is a hands-on, guided application of the "best practice" presented in the Team Leadership Handbook.  The Leadership Community/Handbook is included with your enrollment in the Workshop.  We also provide a community where you can discuss issues with our staff as well as other members of the community.  You may also join groups within the Workshop for specific areas of interest or emphasis you would like to develop with the practice of customer focus.
