This Customer Focus
Workshop is a hands-on, guided application of the "best
practice" presented in the Team
Leadership Handbook. The Leadership Community/Handbook is included with
your enrollment in the Workshop. We also provide a community where you
can discuss issues with our staff as well as other members of the
community. You may also join groups within the Workshop for specific
areas of interest or emphasis you would like to develop with the practice of
customer focus.
With the Workshop you will get one-on-one help and coaching with real
people from the ThankingCustomers.com team. A real person to ask questions, hold virtual meetings and
conferences. Use the Workshop to
actually initiate the practice with your own team and get support
"as you go", "when you need it". Proceed at a
pace that works for your team! No time limit, our goal is results -
to create a practice by following the five paths for
your team to build long-term customer focus. Let's face it, with any new
